It's basically the same as any other pattern.
Get the centre line, and work out how to get the cuts so that you don't end up with any sliver, although brick bond will always be a bit of a compromise as you will always end up with a smaller than half tile cut.
When you have decided where to start from, draw 2 lines up at the starting point for each row.
