Good customer service is as important as a good product, and as far as I can tell, you have both. I've tested your product now, and I must say I like it. Drilled ten holes in grade 5 porcelain today, and they ate through the tiles relatively easily. I'm going to test the first kit to destruction, and if I'm sufficiently happy with the cost per hole ratio, and I'm sure I will be, I'll order some spare BF-kits and all the other sizes I need. A couple of
tiler and plumber friends have expressed interest as well. Also, next time I speak with my uncle, the retailer, I'll do some marketing for you
