In most cases its about delivery (something outside our control) and is as frustrating for us as it is for customers.
In the post above its clear the issue is with delivery. Even so a second pack was sent out at our cost and is on its way to Sweden. Our view is that its better to lose profit than a customer. So replacement goods sent.
This case raises typical issues of any online seller - IE ontime delivery. That's why its critical for us to take the next step and move into well known high street retail chains.
The reward for us is volume sales. The sacrifice is customer contact and margins. Lets hope phaseII works out! |
