Default Limestone sealing advice.

Hi guys, half-way through laying a 44m kitchen/dining room floor in chunky Limestone. Haven't sealed any yet, and i was looking for some tips on the sealing process. Do i lay them, wipe them, seal them, grout and then seal again?
I've cut a lot of them with my wet cutter so obviously they've got very wet , but they dry back quickly, they don't seem to be staining from the addy or water or marking at all when we walk in them.
I don't want to cock it up, this is my first ever encounter with limestone.
