Information from one of our branches. Yes you need to dot and dab but at the same time it does need to be manually fixed to the wall. We also do a Hardi backer board at CTD this is ok for wet rooms but a lot cheaper but a heavier board and requires 12mm board on the walls. We can provide you with a DVD on the Wedi for fixing. I would always recommend Wedi due to been easy to use and its insulated at the same time and much lighter, but you pay for what you get. Hope it is of some help.  |
