It really depends on the type of glass, and the size and thickness of the glass tiles. If your normal manual tile cutter doesn't explode them, just make sure to sand the edges a bit, as they tend to be nasty. Otherwise, I'd recommend a wet saw with a blade meant for glass.


Make sure to use white adhesive which is specifically meant for glass and other very dense materials. Gray adhesive can shine through in a less than pretty manner.
