| Wet Room Conversion | | I have been asked by someone to give advice on the expected cost of a new wetroom. I have been out of the fixing game for a while now so wondered if I could have a few opinions,
The job is to convert a WC into a wet room and involves the following.
Remove WC and all associated unneccesary pipes. Remove existing wall tiles approximately 6M2. Remove skirting. Install new pipework to run a power shower with pump located in airing cupboard outside on landing. Install ceiling extractor fan and 4 down lighters. Make good all walls to accept tanking and new tiling. Tank complete room using Durabase WP. Install preform drain system and waste. Floor is florboords. Tile complete area with Bisazza mosaics wall and floor. Total area to be tiled 17M2. Grout complete area.
All mats supplied by customer.
Thanks
