Since the days when British Gypsum ran dry lining courses the purpose of these courses hasnt changed :

If you cant tile go find someone who can to teach you because it will NOT make you a tiler so dont order vinyls for the van !!

If you can tile then you might pick up a tip but generally go to work

If you use Bal love Bal and are daft enough to think Bal is the answer to all your tiling issues then pack your bag.

Courses were dreamed up 20 yrs ago to increase product awareness, get you to use the promoters products and you could tell your clients you had been on a course. Some years ago the marketing departments realised that they could pay for their marketing oppotunity by charging for the courses.
Genius !!!

Oh hang on you will get a product manual or maybe a cap
