you need
NVQ and 1 yrs experience post
NVQ to get state sponsorship anything before
NVQ counts for nothing.
Or try the 457 visa but this way you need a employer to sponsor you in on a temporary basis up to 4 yrs but you can apply for permanent residence after i think 12 months
