I think its very much job dependant and where you live. ie london rates £££. Im from NI and for a few builders who I know leave things pretty ready for me and use larger tiles then I just charge £20m2 for whatever needs doing. I loose a bit on the walls but make on the floors. For private work i start at £20 a m for floors and 25 to 35 for walls depending on what needs doing. Natural stone is much more, alot of awkward cuts, patterns etc all cost more! The least ive done in a day is 2m of small wall tiles, lots of cuts and the most ive done is 15m of floor.
