I sometimes go over to PTS and do some demos on Diamond Drilling for them.

I have an outsiders view point and can say that they have a good training set up and basically "do what it says on the tin...."

I am not a tiler but what I see from the course they do a good job. To be honest I often just drop in for the free coffee and biscuits they have on the go....
