I do my quotes on headed paper stating practically every thing about the job.
What type of tiles, and who pays for what (materials etc) being the most important. cover your back as much as possible. A good example occured this week, i quoted for a ceramic floor only to find they had bought slate (bloody awful B&Q slate at that!) 'didn't think it made any difference' they said! Derrrrr!!
