Sealing adds more time to a job so surely you need to take that into account so, for example, do people just add a days rate onto the cost?
Surely it is an optional extra, like tanking. Even though its adviseable to have the tiles sealed its not compulsory.
Although I suppose as you charge more for fixing natural stone than you would ceramic tiles the extra covers the sealing? Am i right? |
