Ardex timbersystem is a specially formulated powder adhesive by Ardex, made solely for wooden floors. It is nearly as good as two-part adhesives. It sticks to wood like glue, and to your trowel as it goes, so you have to be very clean. It comes in grey and white and is rapid setting. It comes in 20kg bags, slightly expensive, but good gear. I use it alot, and recommend it.
