Question any know how to tile a wetroom floor?

hi. just taken on my first wet room tiling job and not sure if there are any things that i should be doing differently to tiling a floor normally. a tanking system is being put in and im going to double silicone the tiles as well to stop any leakage but how do i get the water to flow into the drain, it is located in the centre of the floor, do i just use cement to create a slight slope? any advice would be much appreciated thanks
