Yes very fair comments Grumpygrouter. The initial knee-jerk on seeing the SFD catalogue was to raise our prices to match theirs.
I cant really see our BFKMX selling for the SFD £120 so maybe that's is just a bit silly.
We do have a superb product and it has to be a price that is just as superb. We wont rip people off.
Also what about the idea of splitting up the packs and selling them as single drills only but for a higher price.
So £9.99 for a single 8mm instead of £29.99 for a pack of four. Or should we hold fast with our own way of doing things in packs? I only ask these questions because I dont have all the answers myself. I thought selling 8mm in a 4pack for £29.99 was the smart idea. Maybe not. |
