the prices being paid are quite average really. i know the cost of living is lower and the life style is better but its quite low wages for a skilled profession which Au's is crying out for?

does anybody know any tilers living in Au's on here, do we have any Aussie tile members who could shed some light on the wages etc

PS before anybody says we are the polish of Australia, let me remind you that we don't come cheap, and Australia was ours to begin with, we only lent you it and we want it back seriously tho guys, go on Google and type in 'Queensland beaches' on the images tag and tell me you wouldn't be tempted...

Tilers here can earn anything from £30,000 to £50,000+ I could earn $48 to $ 60 taking it easy and i am not a tiler to trade all depends how much you want to work. As for the cost of living being a lot cheaper i don't think so. Property has gone through the roof here in Perth food is slightly more expensive but the beaches and the weather is great.
