After all, if you get a bad batch of adhesive and loads of tiles fall off and break, and or damage baths\sinks etc, and it can be proven it's the adhesive thats at fault, can the adhesive manufactures have any come back for this, or is it tough luck, and you just get another tub of sticky free ?[/quote]In retail I have encountered instances where adhesives have been suspect....they are sent to the lab and tested for contaminants etc.In one instance Palace chemicals re-embursed a tiler for labour and his customer for inconvinience,now that is what I call service |
