Default How long to lay 20 sq m of Slate?

Tuesday start to lay 20 sq m of honed slate (never used it before), while customer is on hols till Saturday

How long do you reckon to lay Dittra matting (across half concrete, half T &G), mark out floor, lay tiles (using Mapei Rapid set flexi), seal tiles before & after grouting, then finally grout up.?

Any advice please
