after i went back back round i took up bout 8 tiles and re set them making sure i put lots of adhesive down.
it seems to have done the job and they want me back to do the bathroom floor in a few months.
i also received two bottles of wine for my troubles so turned out ok.
was a big learning curve but glad it's finally over!!!
