Default Where to buy tanking system?

I was on Darrens NETT course recently and he mentioned a tanking system costing around £50 which would be enough to do a few baths? Went to my local Topps Tiles and couldnt see anythign anywhere near that price. Not sure what system it was they were selling but was going to cost around £90 to £100?

Can anyone point me in the right direction to the one Darren spoke about?
