hi rockyroo.. just set the room out as you would do normaly making sure you sqaure to room... as for cuts it is impossible to get good cuts to all edges with this tye of design and if there were any then they would'nt look out of place...that design in pic is a fixed pattern and you can get pattern sheets to follow.. usually supplied by retailer...mine does anyway..
