Default Did I over price this?

I don't really think i did but i'll let you be the judge.

Bathroom 9m2 tiling on to concrete, which would need a couple of hours prep and then priming. Using 10x8 ceramics. I will need about 4 or 5 trims.

My price was £310 all in, adhesive etc included. Plus about £75 for tanking but I didn't even get to that stage.

He basically drew a quick breath and said it was WAY TO MUCH! He said he had someone else tell him they'd just charge £20 a m2 so about £180. I don't know how this other tiler can do it for that! He mustn't have even measured up as the chap didn't realise he was about 4 boxes short of what he was going to need. Obvioulsy didn't mention tanking either as the customer didn't know what it was.

Really frustrating! Felt like telling him to p*ss off and have the other guy do it.
I just said I don't know how he can do it for that price I can't do it for any less then i said thanks for the enquiry and put the phone down.
