What do you guys quote for plying out a job before tiling?

I have a 3m2 bathroom floor to tile. It's floor boards at the moment so I will be plying with 12mm ply.

I need to take a bit off the bottom of the door as well.

Appreciated as usual!

PS Anyone know how much 12mm ply is from B&Q?
