Schluter & Weber do a movement joint for internal corners and joints.

Using silicone is another method that can be used and is a lot cheaper but the finish isn't as good.

Always leave a few mil gap between the wall / floor tiles, dont grout and put a movement joint in with matching colour to the grout of the floor.

No need to put a movement joint in the wall / ceiling area unless the floor above is being used where potential vibration could pass through onto the tiles. Not necessary but something to think about.
