Customers & tile shops could not care less whice course you have been on - Customers just want a good job done. Shops seem to have an inherrent mis-trust of guys who have just come off the Tile Training conveyor belt.
I am not trying to say that they have not received proper training - no doubt they have.
This is just an observation, no offence meant.
