I normally use the lithofin for sealing porcelain - recently used the ltp and had horrendous trouble with it - wouldnt soak in - on 78yds of porcelain - never again!
One thing I always do is clean tiles before sealing as there will be a film on them from the factory - I also find the lithofin cleaning range very good too
Also some porcelain is pretty hard to clean, and if its not done right the sealers wont impregnat properly
some porcelains dont need alot of pressure to scribe them - which results in a nice clean break - practice on one piece of porcelain from the job and try different pressures until you find which one gives you the best cut |
