Hi all, i have to do a quote to tile the kitchens in a block of flats. I'm not sure yet on the exact number but it's somewhere around 20. There is 2 designs of which both the floors and splashbacks need tiling. Each kitchen 12.5m2 or there abouts for splashbacks and floor.

I have also got to cost in the adhevsive (£16 bag) which i think each kitchen will require 2-2.5 bags and grout. I thought about allowing £50 for these per kitchen. I think i will comfortably do a kitchen in 2 days and quicker as i go along. However, i don't know what tiles they are at the moment

I was thinking of £400 to £450 per kictchen. What do you guys think? Obviously, guaranteed work for 7-8 weeks and in the current climate and i really need this job as it's gone really dry of late. Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers.
