Their Bulldog scraper is more for big floors and more cement based products you could do more damage than good ie chipping other tiles. What two part are you using is it Bal or Topps if it is the Topps it seems to lift easier.

As I have said if not to large an area get cheap chisels out of Focus, Argos etc or get a Heavy scrapper like this one at TradeTiler.Ltd

You can get various ones from different merchants.

I have used them and they work.
