if they came in a crate you need to take them out and let them dry thoroughly ,the grubby marks should just wash off use a white scouring pad and some elbow grease and clean water and they should just dissappear seal the tiles with lithofin stainstop or fila mp90 these will seal the stone without affecting the colour |
