Hi Alib, day rate will be the way to go on a job like this. Just be aware that the tile removal will almost certainly end up resulting in remedial action to make the substrate ready to tile back on to. Have a good chat to your customer to make sure he is aware of that.

Being your first job, it will take you longer than you think probably. Don't charge too much on the basis of this though. You will need to bite the bullet and charge what it SHOULD take not how long it really takes.
