Default Help Plz? Cermaic, Slate Or Porclein Tile?

Could some 1 give me some advice on what to do???

im due to do a floor tiling job and the tiles the customers has getting are from B&Q and it says on the box they are Glazed Porclein Tile, but they have a slate effect on them, but im sure they are cermaic.

would i need to seal them 1st ??? before grouting
