Don't take it down if they have paid someone to out this up, get them to do it, there is a very good reason why it's foil backed, retaining heat. This is there mistake, and such a fundamental f**k up. If the boards have not been put up yet, just make sure they will go foil side to the stud.
It's like you tiling the walls with the ribbed side of the tile facing out! |
