Best way is always pick up the phone and request more detailed information regarding the tiling package and you should end up with actually discussing the project direct with the person ( not a one headed monster.. MMM sometimes ) who can help with actual requirements.
This contact and extra information will prove invaluble in the long run, just don't be affraid to ask the questions and put that little bit extra effort in.
