Default Limestone around a basin...some advice please.

Hello all,

I've nearly finished installing my limestone tiles in the bathroom...just need to grout and then seal etc.

What I have done is just tile around the bath and the associated wall due to the bath shower, however I'm not sure what tiles to install above the basin. The limestone I have is 18 inches x 12 inches however putting these above the basin will be too big.

My thoughts were to use the left over waste limestone and either make small mosaic tiles or make a smaller version of the large tiles, say 2 inches x 3 inches. The latter would probaby look better (also using smaller spacers so they are in proportion)?

What are peoples thoughts out there?

Cheers

Rob
