Default BAL APD and Dunlop product

I have read a lot of posts where people recommend BAL APD for priming walls, such as plasterboard, in bathrooms but I have not found comments on the Dunlop Universal Bonding Agent, which the technical people tell me is not PVA and is water resistant.
Is the Dunlop product not commonly used or how does it compare with BAL APD? It is just that I can the former cheaper than the latter

PS I know that BAL and Dunlop seem to be the same company
